Newly furbished, our bed and breakfast accommodation has been decorated to the highest specifications with oak wooden flooring throughout.
We have one spacious double room available to suit a maximum of two people with parking space for one car. As well as the bedroom, there is a separate living area, private toilet / shower room, and kitchenette where basic breakfast ingredients, such as free range eggs, fresh bread, milk, tea and coffee are available for you to prepare at your leisure.
We also have an East facing decking area where breakfast can be enjoyed in the morning sun.
The new build accommodation is constructed from super low energy methods, with external walls built 'I' beam timbers, insulated with 200mm of Warmcel insulation. An air tight board over the entire external skin of the building then ensures a draft free living space.
The roof has a 3.6kWp PV array, which is connected to an Immersun device - this means any excess power from the PV array is put into the hot water tank during the day to be used for showing in the evening = providing hot water without any use of fuel!
